Yes, our event space is fully accessible for people with disabilities. We have wheelchair ramps, accessible restrooms, and other accommodations.

The venue is open to you at 8 am on the day of your event. Special circumstances that may require an earlier time are open for discussion with our event director. 

Yes, we want to make setting up and taking down your event as easy as possible. We offer the ability to set up the day before and take down the day after your event if available. Coordinate with our event director in advance.

Should there be inclement weather that impairs the outdoor portion of our venue, we have our beautiful indoor portion that can accommodate all changes. It is still the perfect backdrop for any ceremony, cocktail hour, event, etc. When planning your event, our event director will ensure that a backup plan for any unforeseen circumstances is ready to be enacted should the need arise. 

Yes, our venue has a prep kitchen for caterers. It is accessible by ramps and a backdoor for easy load in and load out from the caterer (preferred caterer list provided). It is also prepped with storage, refrigerators, and freezers for any load in the day before your event, if available.

Being centrally located within Fort Worth, we have an extensive list of different options for places to stay, all in various price ranges to make sure your guests feel comfortable staying the night. When planning your event with our event director, she will gladly take you through the options, or help book rooms if you also have our planning package. 

Yes, we offer customizable event packages outside of our standard rental package. Our event director is very well connected and an amazing planner if you need a list of vendors, additional services, and/or event planning services. When you book your event, she is more than happy to discuss what customizations you would like for your big day.

Yes, we have an extensive list of vendors for any need you might have for your event. From caterers, to chocolatiers, to balloon artists, we have you covered. Some we also offer in house, just like our event planning services. We are here to make your event easier, so when you book your event, feel free to discuss options with our event director.
