Yes, Cullen Yards allows outside catering and vendors. You are free to bring your own caterer, DJ, florist, photographer, and other vendors. Our on-site catering prep kitchen is fully available for your caterer to use. We are happy to share a list of recommended local vendors who are familiar with our space, but you are not required to use them.

For weddings and major celebrations, we recommend booking Cullen Yards 9-12 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially if you're planning a weekend event during peak wedding season (spring and fall in Texas). Popular dates like Saturdays in April, May, September, and October tend to book quickly at any desirable Fort Worth wedding venue.

In case of weather concerns, ceremonies can be moved indoors to our climate-controlled ballroom.
